Unleash your creativity and join LilyMais’ founder and sustainability champion Frances Fogarty, fashion designer Don O’Neill and sculpture Lone Beiter in celebrating Irish Design Week 2025 with a unique hands-on workshop inspired by this year’s theme:
“The ties that tie, and the links that link.”
In this 1-day workshop, budding designers, local crafters, and amateur makers will work side-by-side to design and hand-paint a one-of-a-kind Statement Dress. Guided by Dingle based fashion designer and sustainability champion Fran Fogarty of LilyMais, participants will explore textile design, surface decoration, and storytelling through pattern and colour — turning end-of-life textiles into a powerful piece of wearable art.
