Shipping policy

We endeavour to dispatch each order within 72-hours - if there is going to be a significant delay (due to the fact that each item is handmade) we will contact you by email within 48-hours confirming the expected dispatch date and giving you the option of cancelling your order and receiving an immediate refund.

Unless otherwise advised, shipping within the island of Ireland, the European Union and the United Kingdom is free of charge on all orders of €50 or more, is by recorded parcel post and delivery normally takes 2 to 3 business days on the island of Ireland, approximately 5 to 7 business days to the European Union and the United Kingdom. The cost of shipping of orders of less than €50 to the island of Ireland, the European Union and the United Kingdom and is calculated at checkout, as is the shipping cost of all orders to destinations outside of the island of Ireland, the European Union and the United Kingdom.
