Shipping Policy
We endeavour to dispatch each order within 72-hours - if there is going to be a significant delay (due to the fact that each item is handmade) we will contact you by email within 48-hours confirming the expected dispatch date and giving you the option of cancelling your order and receiving an immediate refund.
Shipping - unless otherwise advised, shipping within the island of Ireland is free of charge, is by unrecorded parcel post and delivery normally takes 2 to 3 business days. Shipping to Europe and the United Kingdom - excluding Northern Ireland - is charged at €25 per order, is by unrecorded parcel post and delivery normally takes 8 to 10 business days. For shipping rates outside of the island of Ireland, Europe and the United Kingdom, please enquire.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible at info@lilymais.com and we will make every effort to remedy the problem up to and including arranging for the return of the item(s) and the issue of a full refund.
