Lunch Spots near Dingle - Our Top 5

Lunch Spots near Dingle - Our Top 5

Not sure if breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but a poor lunch can certainly ruin the day! So, with that in mind, here are our current Top-5 Lunch Spots near Dingle. Enjoy!

Juice for Thought (#1 on map, on Dingle’s Strand Street)

As the name suggests, this is a juice bar but believe me, it’s a lot more! Yes their juices are fabulous and made to order, but their Chicken Sandwich is out of this world as is their Chickpea Salad! No seating, so take out only – grab a few bits and have a picnic on one of our Top 5 Beaches!

Éalú at The Stonehouse (#2 on map, on Slea Head Drive)

The newbie on our list,  Éalú  at the Stonehouse opened its doors in May 2024 and offers fresh, classic lunch dishes. Their Moules Marinier and Burrata Salad are two of our favourites, but leave room for their (already) famous chocolate desserts! Great views across Dingle Bay to the Iveragh Peninsula.

Seed & Soul (#3 on map, on Dingle’s Holy Ground)

Specialising in vegetarian and vegan dishes (which of course neither of us are), their dishes are colourful, inventive and – critically – incredibly flavoursome. Their Asian Noodle Salad is to die for! Small seating area, and very busy!!!

The Hares Corner (#4 on map, on Dingle’s Main Street)

Recent addition to Dingle’s food offering, very popular for breakfast and brunch but for us it’s their lunch menu that hits the spot! We normally go for their specials and two very memorable ones have been the Korean Fried Chicken on Waffles and the Coconut & Lime Cauliflower Tacos! Will be a very busy spot during summer months.

Quinns Pub (#5 on map, in Ventry Village)

Pubs that do exceptional food, and do it consistently, are virtually impossible to find – but Quinns in Ventry is certainly one such spot. Two of our favourites are the Dingle Bay Crab Salad and the Back West Burger, or indeed any of their fresh fish specials. Whoever the chef is, they certainly know how to cook fish! Great views too!
